1/2 mile swim - out & back triangular course, then...
25K bike - "dam road" takes on a whole new meaning - closed course on rolling rural roads
5K run - flat & shady park road to the finish.

        This summer, the Krewe of Hebe, volunteers and Jefferson held its 23rd annual Heritage Triathlon, by far one of the most popular races among tri-athletes and also one of the largest running in the four state region of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Race Results:
Race results will be sent to Tri-Fed for rankings, and this year results will be posted on this web site a few days after the race. Course maps, wave starts & more info will be included in packets.

Age Divisions:
Trophies 3-deep in Junior, Open, Masters & Seniors (60+) Divisions - No duplications of awards

Individual age groups for men/women:
14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Note: Age Groups will receive awards, varying 1-3 depending on the number of entrants in each age group. ***Awards will be ordered July 4th!***.

* USA Triathlon wet suit rules apply. Water temperature expected to be @ 80 degrees. Temperature reading will be Saturday, July 16
