1/2 mile swim - out & back triangular course, then...
25K bike - "dam road" takes on a whole new meaning
- closed course on rolling rural roads
5K run - flat & shady park road to the finish.

* Race limited to first 400 entries. No refunds after July 4.

Race results will be sent to Tri-Fed for rankings, and this
year results will be posted on this web site a few days after
the race. Course maps, wave starts & more info will be
included in packets.

Saturday, July 14: Race packet pickup/registration, carbo
feed & pre-race entertainment. Otstott Park, Jefferson.

Race day packet pick-up ONLY from 6:30 - 7:40 a.m. at race
site!
Age
Brackets:
Individual Age groups for men/women: 14-under, 15-19, 20-24,
25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69,
70+. Confirmations will be mailed to all entries received
on & before July 1, 2007.
Saturday
Pre-race Schedule:
Packet Pickup/Registration: 3-7:30 p.m.
Carbo Feed & Entertainment: 5-8 p.m. (Otstott Park, Jefferson)

USA Triathlon wet suit rules apply. Water temperature expected
to be @ 80 degrees. Temperature reading from Saturday, July
15, 2007 will determine.
